So. Here's the story.
In 2016, after selling some of my t-shirts to a couple of friends and family and getting some great feedback, I eventually took the leap and started a clothing brand.
Dead Angel Society was born.
Things were pretty slow in the begining as expected, (starting a new brand is hard you know!) but I started getting some sales and things took off. I started working with models and ambassadors for content, tried out new printing companies for the merch, and set up stalls at some tattoo conventions. Even started selling out of a local tattoo studio and marketplace here in Glasgow.
Life was good.
But.
Things started going down hill.
Constant problems with printing companies messing up the orders. Lack of communiction and content from models and ambassadors, and declining sales just took its toll. So in February 2020 I decided it was time to call it quits.
Six. Years. Later.
One day I was looking through an old hard drive, I came across all the awesome pictures that I had been sent over the years while in business. Nostalgia hit. So I did some research. Could I bring it back? What's the market like these days? Would anyone remember us? Yes. Good. And shockingly yes!
When I made that post on Instagram announcing the return of DAS, so many people messaged to say how stoked they were to see the return of the brand. Some even sent me pictures of their gear that they still have today! The appreciation I have for you guys is unbelievable. Thank you!
So here we are. Back Again. Hopefully. For good.
As always.
Stay Awesome. Stay Dead.
